Abstract
Since the output of He-Ne laser consists various oscillation models, and the light intensity of the beam appears different under various models. The light intensity of the beam could be obtained according to the experimental data from different gaps and oscillation models. The software of MATLAB was utilized to simulate the light intensity distribution of He-Ne laser beam which contained four kinds of strength distribution figure and the probability distribution figure. The model of the laser beam could be clearly displayed by the intensity distribution figure, while the light intensity distribution could be vividly presented by the probability distribution figure.
