    Education, as a key factor in promoting human capital accumulation and social development, has a significant impact on entrepreneurs’ well-being. Based on human capital theory, status attainment theory, and social capital theory, this study utilizes cross-sectional data from the 2021 Chinese General Social Survey (CGSS) to deeply explore the mechanism of how educational attainment affects entrepreneurs’ well-being. The results show that educational level can significantly and directly enhance entrepreneurs’ well-being. Further analysis reveals that educational level influences entrepreneurs’ well-being through three mediating variables: income, perceived social status, and social interaction. Among these, income has a negative impact on entrepreneurs’ well-being, while perceived social status and social interaction have a positive impact. Additionally, the study finds significant differences in the impact of educational attainment on entrepreneurs’ well-being across different age groups, household registration status, and entrepreneurial motivations. These conclusions provide a strong basis for universities to carry out targeted entrepreneurship education and for the government to formulate refined entrepreneurship policies.

    Digital platform has become an important foundation for the development of the internet economy. The potential power of internet platform not only broadens the consumption channels of the public, but also drives the transformation and upgrading of platform enterprises. Because the free pricing model, dynamic competition and network externalities of internet platform enterprises differ from the traditional enterprise economy, the platform anti-monopoly phenomenon appears. The attribute construction of internet platform enterprises, the identification of relevant markets and market dominance all have an impact on the identification of abusing market dominance. Therefore, we should follow the responsive regulatory approach, implement classified supervision on internet platform enterprises, constantly improve the identification ideas, and accurately regulate abusive behaviors, so as to ensure the smooth operation of internet platform enterprises.

    Ice and snow tourism stands is the mainstay of the winter tourism market, bringing unprecedented travel experiences to people. The three provinces in Northeast China are rich in ice and snow resources, which is a key zone for China to establish ice and snow tourism resorts. Through literature research, logical analysis, and other methodologies, this article focuses on ice and snow tourism resorts in the three provinces of Northeast China. Based on the explanation of relevant concepts, it analyzes the potential and strategies for high-quality development of ice and snow resorts. Research has found that Northeast ice and snow tourism resorts possess numerous excellent conditions, including resources, markets, and policies. By integrating innovative elements into their operations, they are increasingly thriving. However, they also encounter numerous challenges, such as insufficient product differentiation, outdated service provision, and a lack of collaborative mechanisms. In light of this, this article proposes several measures: rational allocation of ice and snow resources, enrichment of ice and snow festival activities, enhancement of ice and snow product quality, improvement of ice and snow facility construction, strengthening of ice and snow talents, and enhancement of the ice and snow coordination mechanism. These measures aim to foster high-quality development of ice and snow tourism resorts in Northeast China.

The space decoration expression forms of Mongolian Prince Alxa’s Former Residence are analyzed from the perspective of the indoor interface decoration, space compartment, indoor display, furniture and decoration materials, ect. The art characteristics and the regional cultural characteristics of the indoor space of Mongolian Prince Alxa’s Former Residence are revealed.

    In order to solve the problem that PCB bare boards were likely to have missed detections and false detections during the small target defect detection process, a PCB bare board defect detection algorithm based on improved YOLOv7, called YOLO-BCN, was proposed. First, the BRA attention mechanism was introduced into the original YOLOv7 backbone network to achieve more flexible computing allocation and content awareness, so that the network had dynamic query-aware sparsity. Then the CARAFE upsampling operator was replaced to extract more shallow features, thereby effectively improving the detection performance of the model for small targets. Finally, the NWD loss function was introduced and combined with IoU to optimize the regression loss function and reduce the sensitivity to small target position deviations. Experimental results show that the mAP@0.5 value and mAP@0.5:0.9 value of the improved YOLOv7 are increased by 3.28% and 2.74% respectively, compared with the original model, the F1 factor is increased by 3.91%, and the detection rate is 46.84 FPS, which effectively improves the accuracy of PCB small target defect detection.

    Based on bilateral trade data between China and Russia from 2010 to 2020, this study employs a trade gravity model to explore the impact of logistics performance index (LPI), information technology development index (IDI), and product quality upgrading on trade promotion, and simulate the trade potential value. The research finds that product quality upgrading has the highest promoting effect on bilateral trade growth, followed by logistics performance level and information development level. This promoting effect holds for different types of products and different stages of trade. Even after changing measurement indicators and constructing Bartik instrumental variables, the above conclusions remain valid. Additionally, statistical analysis of the trade product structure and trade product quality between China and Russia reveals strong complementarity in trade but significant differences in product quality.

    Based on the theory of ethnic embeddedness, this paper analyzes mechanisms through five dimensions——space, culture, economy, society and psychology——and explores theories of ethnic relations and interactions. On the basis of the fieldwork, the study concluded that it is necessary to create a harmonious spatial structure, to link cultural exchanges, to promote economic cooperation, to maintain a climate of solidarity in society, and to foster a psychological concept of symbiosis. Through these, the all-encompassing embeddedness of minzu is gradually realized. What makes it possible to forge a community and a future where everyone has a stake, thus enabling the Chinese national community will be progressively well built, developed and preserved.

    The Mongolian epic Jangar has a grand geospatial structure. The geographical narrative is not only a typical feature of Jangar, but also an important component of the oral formula of Jangar. By using Geocriticism that has emerged in recent years to explore the narrative logic of Jangar, and analyze places, spatial structure and literary drawings in the epic, it can not only show the real-life basis of the epic Jangar, but also discover the worldview and cosmology of the Mongols contained in the epic, to show the cultural connotation of the epic Jangar.

    This paper describes the development status of BIMSTEC(Bay of Bengal Rim Economic Cooperation Initiative) countries in the Gulf of Bengal region, and proposes to build an expanded gravity model to analyze the influence of trade facilitation level of BIMSTEC countries on China's export trade flows. It is pointed out that among the many factors that affect the export trade flow, the trade facilitation level of the Bay of Bengal OECD countries has the greatest influence on China's export trade flow. From the perspective of hierarchical indicators, the improvement of customs environment, regulatory environment, finance and e-commerce can significantly promote China's export trade flow, while port efficiency cannot significantly promote its export trade volume.

    In order to fully explore the functional genes and utilize the biological resources of Taxus chinensis var. mairei, PacBio Sequel third-generation sequencing technology was used to conduct high-throughput transcriptome sequencing, and systematic bioinformatics analysis was employed to study the Taxus chinensis var. mairei obtained from Mount Fanjing, Guizhou Province. The study obtained 68.03 Gb of raw data, which included 1 001 302 raw sequence reading fragments. After assembling, splicing and de-redundancy, 65 152 unigenes with an average length of 2 591 bp were obtained. Database comparison showed that the gene expression of cellular and metabolic activities of the Taxus chinensis var. mairei were higher, indicating strong metabolic activity and genetic information processing capacity. Meanwhile, transcription factors in the transcriptome related to growth and development, stress resistance, secondary metabolism and synthesis provided new insight into the study of the comprehensive utilization and genetic breeding of Taxus chinensis var. mairei.

    There is limited research on question answering based on temporal knowledge graphs, with most approaches being confined to semantic or temporal information matching, and lacking the utilization of temporal constraint information. A method for question answering based on temporal constraint subgraph extraction is proposed in this paper, whereby subgraphs are pruned based on time range information, and subsequently, answer inference is performed utilizing the pruned subgraph and temporal information to derive the final answer. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method, compared to baseline models, exhibits significant improvements in answering complex and temporal-type questions.

    Aviation service art and management is a newly added undergraduate major of the Ministry of Education in 2019 which is still in the initial exploration stage. However, the major construction level is related to the quality of talent training and whether it can provide talent support for the high-quality development of China's civil aviation industry. Based on comparative analysis, this paper takes 38 colleges and universities with aviation management major as research objects, reviews the development process of aviation service art and management from two stages, and points out that the lack of national teaching quality standards leads to problems in training objectives, curriculum system and teacher team construction of aviation management. In view of this, this paper puts forward the following suggestions: (1) Appeal to the Ministry of Education to issue the national standards of undergraduate teaching quality suitable for aviation management as soon as possible; (2) According to the adjustment principle of ‘increasing and decreasing’, we should adjust the basic courses of subjects, and continuously strengthen the construction of innovation, advanced and challenging degree of courses; (3) Advocate that school teachers, enterprise teachers, teachers with high academic qualifications and excellent management talents in the industry build a teacher team together; (4) Point out that school-enterprise cooperation can advance to deeper cooperation from three aspects: teaching team building, practice base building and establishment of aviation management committee.

    "Probability Theory and Mathematical Statistics" is an important basic course compulsory for all majors in engineering. In order to improve the teaching efficiency, under the OBE teaching concept, the smart teaching model is applied to all aspects of the teaching design of the course, so as to maximize the advantages of smart teaching and improve the teaching efficiency. Guided by students' learning outcomes, reverse thinking is adopted to reconstruct teaching objectives and reorganize teaching contents. Then, teaching strategies are designed, and evaluation models are constructed, so as to improve students' learning effects.

    Plasma activated camellia seed oil (PACO) was prepared by wire to cylinder dielectric barrier discharge plasma interacted with camellia seed oil. Combined with the imaging by ICCD camera of the interaction process between plasma and camellia seed oil, the diagnosis of plasma active species by emission spectroscopy, as well as the analysis of PACO physicochemical properties by chemical analysis, the mechanism of the interaction between plasma and camellia seed oil, the bactericidal activity of PACO and its stability were explored. After discharging for 4 h at 16 kV and 6 kHz with He and O2 gas mixtures as carrier gas, the physiochemical properties of PACO prepared in the case by placing the plasma nozzle in the oil (PACO-4h) changed obviously. Compared with the untreated camellia seed oil, the iodine value of PACO decreased from 84.5 g·100 g-1 to 72 g·100 g-1, while the peroxide value increased from 0.5 meq·kg-1 to 164.3 meq·kg-1, and the acid value increased from 2.1 mg·g-1 to 5.5 mg·g-1. PACO-4h has strong bactericidal activity against E. coli and S. aureus. The diameters of bacteriostatic rings are 15.04 mm and 14.53 mm, respectively. After being stored for 3~15 days, it still has strong bactericidal effect. In addition, PACO has obvious bactericidal activity against common pathogenic bacteria, such as P. aeruginosa, Salmonella and C. albicans.

    Hohhot has exhibited its diverse urban cultures since its establishment, especially since the constant immigration of the Hui and the Han from the mainland since the mid-Qing Dynasty and the cultural transmission of Western Christianity. The coexistence and integration of Western religion and Mongolian, Han, Manchu and other ethnic cultures has contributed to the coexistence of multi-religious cultures in modern Hohhot. Based on historical documents and a survey of the religious cultural change in modern Hohhot, this paper points out that the interaction and fusion between different religious cultures results from the coexistence of diversified religious cultures in modern Hohhot.

    The treatment of low temperature and short sunshine before strawberry transplanting can promote the early flowering of strawberry and prolong the fruit cycle. At present, the main techniques of promoting flower and fruit production in advance in strawberry production are cold storage low temperature seedling raising and plateau seedling raising. However, there is a unified standard for low-temperature and short-day treatment of strawberries, which leads to inconsistent flowering periods of strawberries and frequent occurrence of fruit stubble. In this paper, the factors affecting the flower bud differentiation of strawberry, such as seedling, temperature, light and hormone, were reviewed. The relationship between low temperature and flower bud differentiation of strawberry was emphatically expounded,such as the advantages and disadvantages of different low temperature treatment methods, the effect of low temperature on the flowering period of strawberry, the effect of low temperature on the endogenous hormones of strawberry, and the physiological mechanism of low temperature promoting flower of strawberry, which provided some theoretical help for the early flower promotion technology of strawberry.

    This paper expounds the basic connotation of cultural rule of law and the historical evolution of the construction of cultural rule of law in China, and discusses the value implication of cultural rule of law in consolidating a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation from five aspects: political premise, economic foundation, cultural foundation, social cognition, and cultural security. This paper focuses on the analysis of the current problems faced in the construction of cultural rule of law, and puts forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions in all aspects of legislation, law enforcement, justice, law-abiding, and cultural security. It is believed that the construction of cultural rule of law can enhance the commonality of the Chinese nation, and then consolidate a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation.

    To address the challenges of overall blurriness and structural inaccuracies in few-shot Chinese font generation, a deformable generative network that integrates channel-prior convolutional attention and depthwise separable convolutions is proposed. The network architecture which builds upon the foundation of deformable generative networks is enhanced with channel-prior convolutional attention and depthwise separable convolutions to capture global features better and ensure accurate structural generation of Chinese font characters. Comparative evaluations against four classic models, DG-Font, DG-Font++, MX-Font, and CF-Font, demonstrate that the proposed method excels in metrics such as SSIM (Structural Similarity Index Measure) and FID (Fréchet Inception Distance). Furthermore, ablation experiments validate the effectiveness of the proposed network model. The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed network model effectively mitigates the issues of overall blurriness and structural errors in few-shot Chinese font generation.

This study delves into the fusion and creative advancement of fostering the Chinese national community awareness alongside ideological and political education within Chinese language courses at these institutions. By synergizing Chinese language instruction, ensuring seamless integration with specialized courses, and leveraging the concerted efforts of various educational agents, this collaborative endeavor seeks to establish a "community for ideological and political education." It aims to fulfill the duty of "educating for the Party and the country" thoroughly, while also providing fresh insights and approaches for the meaningful evolution of Chinese language courses in ethnic universities.

    This paper is to develop a novel method for the retrofit of heat exchanger networks by using Heat Exchanger Load Diagram (HELD) after determining energy target and modified path based on Energy Transfer Diagram (ETD) and Bridge Analysis (BA). The aim of the new method is to systematically generate multiple retrofit Heat Exchanger Networks (HENs) of the same quality as far as the minimum energy consumption and the minimum number of heat exchangers are concerned. The concept of cutting point is first proposed and the redistribution of heat load in HENs is realized by moving the stream curve vertically. Combining with heuristics, the number of heat exchangers required in the retrofit HEN is minimized. The HELD of existing HEN is constructed to determine the stream to be moved and the feasible cutting points are selected, and multiple retrofit HENs can be obtained according to the HELD generated by each cutting point, and these solutions are preliminarily compared for further evaluation. In this paper, a milk pasteurization plant is adopted as an example to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method. Four Maximum Energy Recovery (MER) networks with the minimum number of units are obtained, and 395 kW of both hot and cold utility consumption, that is, 26% of cold utility consumption, are saved. Comparing with those reported ones in literature, two new solutions of the same quality are found, and the effectiveness of them is verified.

    A case study of core curriculums environmental monitor for environmental engineering national first-class majors and environmental science provincial first-class majors in Dalian Minzu university, the process of cultivation and construction about student-centered ability training and evaluation system for first-class curriculum was discussed base on the goal of knowledge, ability, and diathesis cultivation and achievement. Curriculum construction is the most key link to goal realization for knowledge acquisition, ability training, and diathesis cultivation, and the achievement of curriculum goal supports the attainability of professional cultivation objectives and graduation requirements simultaneously. These could be used as a reference for curriculum construction in the ordinary colleges and universities.

    The digital economy utilizes new technologies and uses knowledge and information as production factors to continuously promote industrial structure transformation and upgrading, economic structure optimization, technological transformation, and production efficiency improvement. The study introduces foreign direct investment as an intermediary variable, based on data from 31 provinces and regions in China from 2013 to 2021, to explore the impact and mechanism of the development level of the digital economy on the upgrading and rationalization of industrial structure. Through empirical research, significant impacts and partial mediating effects were found. At the same time, through analysis of regional heterogeneity and threshold effects, it was found that the mediating effect has significant regional heterogeneity and conforms to the single threshold effect. Through robustness testing, it was found that lag effects exist and have different impacts on industrial structure.

    Accelerating the common prosperity of the upper reaches of the Yellow River is the top priority of the national strategy. Empowering farmers and herdsmen with skills is an important way to promote the revitalization of rural talents and agricultural and rural modernization. It is of great significance to study the influencing factors of farmer's and herdsmens training and sharpen their skills for farmers to increase their income and get rich. In this study, 743 questionnaires and interview materials were obtained through the skills training of farmers and herdsmens in 18 counties in the upper reaches of the Yellow River. By using principal component analysis, it was found that factors such as age, experience in skills training, family size, marital status, and arable land per capita have a greater influence on farmers' willingness to receive skills training than other elements. Among them, the training includes there is a positive correlation between family support, whether the technical training you have learned now meets the needs, whether there will be opportunities to make money after training, and whether the training content will be applied in the future. This paper puts forward the countermeasures of carrying out skills training extensively, making skills training plans according to the needs, consolidating the results of skills training, and establishing long-term training mechanisms.

    Historically speaking, minorities in northeast China live in forest environment that has moulded different ways of living and cultivated the forest ecological cultures of different minoritries. Such ecological cultures can be called forest ecological culture which is characteristic of forest ecological culture protection and forest ecological culture adaptation of the minoritries. In accordance with the forest ecological rules, they have adjusted the relationship between man and nature; make cautious use of natural resources which have contributed to their ways of living, social norms, beliefs and values. This paper presents the view that the inheritance of forest ecological cultures, the combination of urbanization development and the establishmen of extensive forest protection are ways to realize the ecological culture civilization of different minorities.

    With the implementation of the Belt and Road initiative, the role of accounting information in cross-border investments has become increasingly prominent. Therefore, exploring the impact of accounting information comparability on China's cross-border investments from the perspective of the Belt and Road initiative is particularly important for fully understanding the economic consequences of the initiative and its impact pathways on cross-border investments. This study first conducts a literature review based on the distribution of research literature and research topics related to accounting information and corporate investment, as well as accounting information and cross-border investments under the Belt and Road initiative. Building on this literature review, a theoretical framework is constructed along the transmission path of the Belt and Road Initiative - Comparability of Accounting Information - Cross-Border Investment. Based on the theoretical framework analysis, it is found that the introduction of the Belt and Road initiative enhances the comparability of accounting information between China and the countries along the route. The improvement in accounting information comparability, promotes cross-border investments between China and these countries by enhancing corporate management levels, reducing information asymmetry, and lowering information collection costs.

    In the process of changing from traditional teaching mode to mixed teaching mode, a lot of teaching achievement data are produced. A visual system of student achievements is designed, which is mainly composed of front-end visual module and back-end user management module. The system adopts MVC design model, introduces SpringBoot framework to build JavaWeb project, and adopts Thymeleaf template engine. ECharts open source chart framework is used to realize data visualization. The appropriate DOM containers are set and a series of chart parameters are configured to generate visual charts through direct reference ECharts.js file. By applying visualization technology to teaching achievement data, the relationship between teaching achievement data is shown in the form of chart, and the potential value between student achievement data is clearly displayed in front of people.

    Homographs widely used in both Japanese and Chinese languages are analyzed respectively in terms of misuse. The causes of misuse and misunderstanding are studied via the comparison between a large number of Chinese and Japanese sentences, which are correspondingly translated. The aim is to reduce the misuse and misunderstanding among Chinese learners when they use homographs. Proper teaching strategies are proposed on the basis of sufficient classifications and analyses to avoid misuse and misunderstanding, to explore effective Japanese language practice mechanism, and to maximize the advantages of Chinese learners in Japanese learning.

    A semantic feature enhancement network (SFENet) for target detection is presented to address the issue that high-frequency features, including picture edge details, are not effectively extracted in the target detection algorithm, resulting in poor detection results. To capture more information about the image edge details and further strengthen the network's understanding of the global semantic features, this paper uses octave convolution to construct a high-frequency semantic feature enhancement module. By adjusting the high and low-frequency components in the convolutional features, this module improves the image's high-frequency feature extraction and effectively increases the target detection accuracy. The experimental results show that the detection results of SFENet on the Pascal VOC07+12 dataset and the self-built conical bucket dataset improve the mean accuracy (mAP) by 0.34% and 0.37%, respectively, compared with YOLOv4. This network can be adapted to the fields of autonomous driving and machine vision and effectively applied to the environment perception task of the Formula Student Autonomous China (FSAC).

    In fashion design, especially in competition, the proper use of Thangka art can create works with unique visual effect and cultural connotation.This article elaborates on how to organically integrate Thangka art with costume effect pictures, sample clothing production, material selection, and accessory matching in the clothing design process. Through continuous exploration,designers can continuously bring forth new ideas on the basis of keeping the original cultural heritage of national costumes,endowing Thangka with a new sense of fashion and modernity,to achieve the display and inheritance of ethnic cultural costumes on the stage of the competition.

    In response to the limitations in accuracy and resolution of existing key node identification methods, an improved K-shell ranking method is proposed. This method builds on traditional K-shell decomposition, integrating node degree, neighboring node influence, edge weights, and information entropy theory to refine the relative importance of nodes within the same K-shell level. Experimental results show that this method significantly improves the accuracy and monotonicity of rankings, effectively distinguishing the importance of nodes within the same K-shell level and accurately identifying key nodes with substantial network impact. This algorithm considers from multiple dimensions that affect the importance of key node identification, significantly improving accuracy and resolution. It holds great significance for the mining of key nodes in network anonymity and privacy protection.

    In the novels "Moon Cuckoo" "Red Cloud Tears" "One Floor" "Weeping Red Pavilion" and "Romance of the Qing Dynasty" Yin Zhannaxi, a famous writer, thinker, and historian in the late Qing Dynasty, the unique mode of marriage and love is mainly manifested as "intergenerational marriage" "matchmaker's words" or "finger marriage" "one man and multiple women" character structures, and a fusion of emphasis on emotional communication between men and women. We strive to further sort out the inheritance relationship of marriage and love patterns in Yin Zhannaxi's various works and the social roots of various elements in marriage and love patterns, and explore the progressive ideas in marriage and love patterns based on the existing research results and conclusions of predecessors. Paying attention to and studying these contents helps to interpret the content of Yin Zhannaxi's works, get closer to his inner journey, highlight the profound ideological nature of his works, and create a more three-dimensional image of Yin Zhannaxi.

    Shadow areas in document images, which are prone to being influenced by lighting, can seriously affect users' recognition and reading. To address the issues of limited shadow removal open datasets and poor quality of corrected image shadow elimination, an improved Generative Adversarial Network (GAN) approach for document image shadow removal is proposed. This network introduces a shadow-aware directional context module and a mask attention structure based on the original dual-GAN architecture. An adaptive attention module is further appended to the mask attention module, which utilizes a parallel structure to adaptively adjust the convolution kernel size and fuse features of different scales to obtain more feature information. Additionally, a pixel-wise superimposition data augmentation method is adopted to solve the scarcity of document shadow removal datasets. Experimental results demonstrate that compared with DCGAN, ST-CGAN, and DSC methods, the proposed approach achieves improvements in evaluation metrics such as Peak Signal-to-Noise Ratio (PSNR) and Structural Similarity Index Measure (SSIM) on the self-constructed dataset.

    To solve the problem of complex font structure and difficulty in fusing multi-style features in Chinese characters, a font multi-style fusion method based on improved InfoGAN is proposed. The InfoGAN feature multi-style fusion model has been improved by adjusting the dimension of the input vector and adding a channel attention module. InfoGAN can clarify and regularize style features that are difficult to extract. By improving InfoGAN, multi-style fusion of Chinese font image style features is achieved, and feature vectors that can control Chinese font style are obtained. The improved InfoGAN model is compared with VAE, Beta-VAE and AAE in experiments, and then the effectiveness of channel attention is demonstrated through model ablation experiments. The experimental results show that the model can better separate features of different styles, avoid information overlapping and conflicting, and complete the task of font multi-style fusion effectively and accurately.

    An orthogonal dual-polarization distributed-Bragg-reflector (DBR) fiber-laser sensor system for pressure measurement is presented. The birefringence will be changed by extern pressure load applied on fiber laser cavity, and the orthogonal laser frequency will also be changed, thus the beat frequency of the two lasers varied. A high speed photodiode is used to convert the polarization beating frequency optical signal of the DBR fiber laser to radio- frequency (RF) electric signal. Through a radio-frequency mixer circuit and a low pass filter, the RF signal is mixed with a local RF signal generated by a frequency synthesizer, then output signal is a frequency modulation signal with carrier frequency below 400 M, and is amplified and shaped to ECL level pulse signal. Then, with an ECL timing and counter system, the frequency variation of beating signal with vibration information is collected by a computer via USB interface. Experiment results show that linearity is up to 99.97 % in the pressure load range of 0 to 1.5 N and pressure sensitivity is 400 MHz·N-1.
