摘要

综合运用文献研究、专家讨论、AHP、模糊评价等方法,构建民族地区高校教师绩效考核指标体系,力图使民族地区高校教师绩效考核能运用明确的标准、科学的方法和规范的流程,对民族地区高校教师的素质、教学、科研和社会服务等方面的工作行为和工作结果进行评价,制定行之有效的提高教师个体绩效和民族地区高校教师绩效的管理策略。

Abstract

The literature research, expert discussions, AHP, fuzzy evaluation method, build teachers performance appraisal index system in colleges in minority areas, to try to make college teachers performance appraisal in minority areas explicit criteria, scientific methods and standardized processes, appraise the quality, teaching, research and social service aspects of the work behavior and evaluate the results of the college teachers, take effective management strategies to improve the individual performance of teachers and teachers performance of national regional university.
