摘要

渐开线螺旋面是工程上广泛应用的廓面之一,其上存在四族特征线:渐开线、螺旋线、直母线及接触迹。基于渐开线螺旋面上的特征线族,研究了蜗杆砂轮磨齿机磨削渐开线斜齿轮廓面的构型原理,并进行了误差特征分析。

Abstract

An involute helical surface is one of the widely used surfaces in engineering. There are four groups of characteristic lines (i.e., involute, helix, straight generatrix and contact trace) on involute helical surfaces. In the basis of characteristic line groups, the shaping principle of helical involute surfaces grinded with a worm wheel grinding machine tool is studied. And error characteristics are analyzed.
