通过文献资料法、德尔菲法、数理统计法,经过专家的三次筛选、论证,构建了高校健美操专业教师教学技能评价指标体系。在此基础上,形成了高校健美操教师教学技能的一级评价指标7项,二级评价指标38项。

Based on literature review, Delphi method, mathematical statistics, and experts' three screening process, this paper constructs an index system for evaluating college and university aerobics teachers' teaching skills and builds a 7 first-level evaluation index and 38 second-level evaluation index for the evaluation.
