从建设项目施工现场现状和施工企业等各方实际需求出发,对基于REVIT2013平台施工BIM模型的建立技术和在NAVISWORKS平台基于施工BIM模型的施工阶段的项目管理进行分析和应用,提出更为优化的NAVISWORKS平台建模方法。从而对BIM模型在施工阶段的应用技术进行研究,并针对建模和应用中的相应问题,提出合理的解决方案。以提高施工方项目管理水平和工程量的计算效率及精确度。

From the scene of the construction project construction present situation and the requirement of construction enterprise, the BIM modeling technology based on REVIT2013 platform and the project management on the NAVISWORKS platform based on BIM model construction are analysized and applied. We put forward a modeling method of more optimized NAVISWORKS platform. The BIM application technology of the construction stage is studied. Moreover, the reasonable solution is presented in view of the correspongding problems existed in the modeling and application. The research improves the contractor's project management and the calculation efficency and accuracy of the engineering quantity.
