“创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享”是中国“十三五”时期的五大发展理念,绿色发展对于加速推动生态文明建设和美丽中国建设,具有极其重要的意义。推进绿色发展需要全社会的共同努力,企业作为绿色发展的重要主体之一,有义务承担环境责任。通过对绿色发展和企业环境责任的内涵分析,探讨了二者之间的关系,提出“企业－政府－社会”协同治理的路径。认为通过三方的联动机制,最终能够实现企业、社会和自然三者之间的和谐、绿色发展。

“Innovation, harmony, greenness, openness and sharing” are five major development concepts during the “13th Five-Year Plan” period and green development will become the main direction and objective for the transformation of economic and social development in China. To promote green development requires the joint efforts of the whole society. As an important part of green development, enterprises have the responsibility and obligation to protect environment. Through the analysis of green development and corporate environmental responsibility, this paper studies the relationship between them and provides a cooperative governance path based on “enterprise-government-society”. It is believed that through the interaction mechanism of the three parties, the harmonious development among them and green development of the whole society can be realized eventually.
