针对当前法学教育实践基地建设中的问题,结合基地建设的现状分析,提出为实践基地设定体系化指标和评估标准、改进实践教学课程设计和安排、提高法学教育实践基地的利用率等完善建议。

As an important platform to cultivate students' practical skills and innovative spirits, legal education base should be the main way to implement the concept of legal practice teaching. Based on the present construction of the legal education practice base, this paper puts forward the suggestions that the index system and the evaluation standard for the practice base be set up, the design and arrangement of the practical teaching curriculum be improved and the utilization rate of the practice base be enhanced for the purpose of solving the problems in the construction of the legal education practice base in our country.
