对中国数百家风力发电场2008~2010年的发电装机容量和发电效率进行了分析,发现中国的风电场的规模和效率都在递增,但风电场的规模和效率之间的相关性逐年递减,甚至出现了负的相关性。进一步分析了风电第一大省内蒙古的情况,显示装机容量的规模存在着反常的现象,而且装机容量和发电效率之间的相关系数也不稳定。据此分析,对现行的风电发展政策提出了疑问,并给出了相应的政策建议。

Based on the analysis of generator volume and the efficiency of hundreds of wind power plants in China from 2008 to 2010, we find that the scale and efficiency of wind power plants are all increasing, but the coefficient relationship is decreasing, and even shows some minus relationship. A further study on the biggest wind power plants in Inner Mongolia demonstrates that some abnormal phenomena exist in the installed capacity and the coefficient parameter of generator volume and efficiency is unstable. Therefore, the paper finally questions the ongoing wind power policy and offers some proposals.
