从内蒙古利用外商直接投资的结构、业绩指数及经济效应等多方面进行了分析,利用外商直接投资的产业结构及地区结构存在失衡现象。虽然外商直接投资对内蒙古的资本形成、工业增长、出口、税收等起到了一定促进作用,但与全国平均水平相比仍有较大差距,表明该区利用外资的绩效有待提高,需要积极引导外资流向并进一步优化投资结构。

Inner Mongolia keeps drawing more and more FDI over the years. The paper makes an analysis of the structure and economic effects of Inner Mongolia's Utilization of FDI so as to gain an insight into its FDI performance. The study finds out that obvious imbalance appears in the industrial structure and regional structure of FDI in Inner Mongolia. Though FDI has played an active role in the capital formation, industry growth, export and tax revenue of Inner Mongolia, the Utilization of FDI still falls behind the national level which reveals that the performance of Inner Mongolia's utilization of FDI needs to be improved.
