《学位授予和人才培养学科目录(2011年)》制约了外语学科建设。高校培养外语人才的传统模式已陷入困境,迫切需要改革。提出了三套培养体系,认为可通过多体系培养不同规格的外语专业人才以满足社会的实际需求。

The Discipline List of Degree Awarding and Talent Training(2011) is still bottlenecking the foreign language education. The traditional foreign language training system has been in an embarrassing status for years in Chinese universities and colleges. The reform is being needed urgently. Here three kinds of training systems are presented for training different kinds of foreign language professionals to meet social requirements in reality.
