结合中国西北少数民族大学生就业的相关研究,围绕少数民族大学生就业的现状和未来就业预期的方向,并参考学术界有关就业问题的研究成果,对高岳涵博士的新著——《西北地区少数民族大学生就业预期研究——基于八所本科院校的实证调查》一书进行评述,对该书在西北少数民族大学生就业预期方面的研究特色、田野调查、评价指标方法等进行了深入的探讨。

Combining with the relevant research on the employment of the minority college students in the northwest of China, this study focusing on the current employment status of the minority college students and the direction of the employment expectation in the future. The study results address the academic circles on the employment problem, this study also reviews the Dr. Gao Yuehan's new rresearch work on the " Employment Expectation of the Minority College Students in Northwest China ", and probes into the characteristics, field investigation and evaluation index method of the employment expectation of the minority college students in the northwest of China.
